Meet Our Staff

Dr. Nottoli is a full body certified Integrative Diagnosis (ID) provider specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adhesion using Manual Adhesion Release and Instrument Adhesion Release.

Dr. Paul Nottoli began college at Alma College in Michigan and received a Bachelors of Science in exercise health science and was a varsity member of the Alma College Track & Cross Country Teams.

He then continued on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Nottoli prides himself on being a master of injuries and master of function. While Dr. Nottoli has his doctorate in Chiropractic he practices and is an expert as a soft tissue injury specialist.  This involves a high level of expert diagnosis as well as expert and elite treatment of adhesion. He has treated thousands of patients who have overcome long-term injuries and discomfort.

Dr. Nottoli enjoys running with the Dick Pond and doing CrossFit at CrossFit Oswego.  He also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading and learning anything about tech and entrepreneurship. He also likes doing impression and thinks he is hilarious but most of the staff think otherwise.


Amanda Diskey is Dr. Nottoli’s clinical assistant. Amanda assists in supporting your body through treatment motions to provide you with the best results. She will be making sure you are relaxed and comfortable throughout your care. Her focus is to help support you through your journey of improving your health here at Vitality Soft Tissue and Spine. 

Amanda is a licensed esthetician currently working towards being a certified medical assistant. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. To relieve stress she heads to local forest preserves and parks to explore on and off the trails. A couple of her guilty pleasures are diving deep into the depths of YouTube and Harry Potter marathons. She also has a deep love for animals, specifically her hatefully loving cat. 


Alexia joined our team as the Case Manager and office admin in May of 2019. She enjoys assisting everyone that walks in the door and making them feel comfortable as they begin their health journey. Alexia spends most her time outdoors and loves fitness and spending time with her husband and rescue dog.

She has a bachelors degree and interested in all things psychology, fitness, and health related.
